Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. An Alphard seats up to five passengers comfortably with luggage (six at a squeeze with light bags), so a family or two couples share one fixed fare.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup automatically. Reasonable waiting time after landing is included in every airport leg — you will not find a surcharge on the other side of immigration.

Can the chauffeur stop on the way between resorts?

Yes — brief stops for photos, coffee or a pharmacy are part of the service on any resort-to-resort leg. If you want two or more hours of sightseeing between checkout and check-in, tell us and we will quote it as an hourly chauffeur booking instead, which is the cheaper structure for that itinerary.

How far in advance should we book?

24 to 48 hours ahead is ideal, and peak season (July–August, Christmas–New Year) deserves more notice for Alphard and Vellfire availability. Same-day requests are often workable — message us and we will tell you honestly what we can hold.

Airport to resort, or resort to resort, priced by enclave rather than by meter. Your driver knows which village lane reaches the lobby — not a pin dropped four hundred metres away.

Get a fixed rate

A resort transfer here is a private, chauffeur-driven, door-to-door leg between Ngurah Rai and your resort, or between two resorts. One honest note first: no stretch limousines operate in Bali. When a Nusa Dua concierge says "limousine transfer", the vehicle they mean is an Alphard or Vellfire — and that is what we send.

Drive times from Ngurah Rai in normal traffic, nearest first. Holiday weekends and the 16:00–19:00 window add to every one of them.

Short photo or coffee stops on a resort-to-resort leg are welcome. If you want to sightsee properly on the way, book it as a day hire instead — for that use it is better value, and nobody is watching a clock.

Priced per booking rather than off a tariff. Exact addresses, timing and vehicle availability move the figure, and it is confirmed in writing before you commit. Late-night pickups and remote addresses can carry a modest supplement, quoted upfront rather than discovered on arrival.
