Guest with a suitcase being met by staff in the DPS international arrivals hall

Bali airport transfer, met at the gate

A greeter who meets you as you come off the aircraft, stays with you through arrivals, and hands you to your chauffeur. The limo, plus the walk that comes before it.

In short

A Bali airport transfer at this level adds a personal greeter to the car: someone who meets you inside arrivals at Ngurah Rai, coordinates porters and paperwork, and walks you to your chauffeur — so the only thing you carry through the terminal is your passport.

  • Greeter holds a board with your name, not the company's
  • Chauffeur waits at the Zone C VIP pickup point
  • Book 48–72 hours ahead; a week in July, August and December

What the greeter does

Everything between the aircraft and the car

Five jobs that are otherwise yours to work out while jet-lagged in an unfamiliar terminal.

Met at the gate

Your greeter is waiting where you come off the aircraft, holding a board with your name.

Walked through arrivals

Visa-on-arrival, immigration and customs taken in the right order, so nothing is missed or repeated.

Porters coordinated

The airport's own porter service arranged and paid at its published rate, including golf bags and surfboards.

e-CD handled

The electronic customs declaration must be filed within 72 hours of arrival. We make sure it is done before the checkpoint.

Handed to your chauffeur

Straight to the Zone C VIP pickup point. No hunting the arrivals hall for a sign.

To be clear about what this is not: immigration and customs processing times are set by the airport authorities, not by us. Where DPS sells its own premium arrival products, we book them for you at official rates.

What you ride in

The car on the other side

Three shapes, chosen by party size rather than badge.

Black Mercedes-Benz E-Class saloon photographed head-on at a gate

Executive sedan

For one or two arriving with standard luggage. The quietest way into the city.

Black Toyota Alphard with its passenger sliding door open

Toyota Alphard or Vellfire

Captain seats, sliding doors, room for four large cases. The VIP standard in Indonesia.

Row of white MPVs lined up at a clifftop venue at dusk

Coordinated convoy

For delegations and wedding parties landing together — several vehicles, one greeter per arrival group.

On the day

How the arrival runs

Four moves, none of which are yours.

  1. 01

    Send the flight

Flight number, date, party size and destination. A fixed quote comes back in writing.

  2. 02

    We watch it land

Flights are tracked in real time. Early, late or diverted, the greeter and chauffeur move with it.

  3. 03

    Met and walked through

Your greeter is in position before the aircraft door opens, and stays with you to the car.

  4. 04

    Driven in

Luggage loaded at Zone C, direct transfer. Payment terms were settled at booking.

The same service runs in reverse for departures, including assistance at check-in and outbound immigration.

Why a desk, not an app

What you are actually paying for

Three things a ride-hailing pickup cannot give you at four in the morning.

One named person

The greeter is assigned to your booking and briefed on your flight, not dispatched to whoever is nearest.

Discretion by default

Chauffeurs are full-time staff, vetted, and used to executives and public figures who would rather not be noticed.

One desk for the whole stay

The same team handles the dinner run, the day charter and the departure. You explain yourself once.

Before you book

Six straight answers

Arrange the arrival

Flight number, date, party size and where you are staying. A fixed written quote comes back, usually within the hour.
