How far in advance should I book your Bali limo service?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons such as July, August, and the year-end holidays. For standard airport transfers or single-day charters, 24-48 hours’ notice is often sufficient. For multi-day services, weddings, or corporate events, we advise booking at least two to four weeks in advance to ensure fleet availability and allow for detailed logistical planning. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Are your chauffeurs able to speak English?

Yes, absolutely. All our chauffeurs are fluent in English and are selected for their excellent communication skills and professional demeanour. They are adept at understanding the needs of international visitors and can converse comfortably on a range of topics, or provide a quiet, discreet service as you prefer. Clear communication is a cornerstone of our service standard, ensuring there are no misunderstandings regarding your itinerary or requests during your journey.

What is included in the charter price?

Our charter rates are designed to be all-inclusive for your convenience. The price includes the exclusive use of the vehicle for the specified duration, the services of a professional chauffeur, all fuel costs within our primary service area, parking fees, and complimentary bottled mineral water for all passengers. The only potential additional costs would be for travel to remote areas of the island or for significant overtime, which would be clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

Can I hire a vehicle and chauffeur for multiple days?

Certainly. Multi-day charters are one of our specialities and offer the best value and convenience for clients wishing to explore Bali extensively. This service provides you with a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur for the entire duration of your booking, offering ultimate flexibility. They will be on standby for you each day, ready to accommodate your schedule, whether it’s for business meetings, sightseeing, or dinner reservations. We offer preferential rates for multi-day bookings.

Do you provide services to North Bali or other remote areas?

Yes, we provide transportation services across the entire island of Bali. While our standard pricing is based on travel within the more populated southern regions, we frequently arrange trips to destinations like Munduk, Lovina in the north, or Amed and Sidemen in the east. A surcharge may apply for these longer journeys to account for the additional time and fuel. Please specify your desired destinations when booking for an accurate, all-inclusive quotation.

Can you provide infant or child safety seats?

Yes, the safety of our youngest passengers is very important to us. We can provide high-quality, sanitized infant and child safety seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the child when making your reservation so we can ensure the correct type of seat is fitted in the vehicle prior to your arrival. We recommend requesting these at the time of booking to guarantee availability.

There is no stretch limousine in Bali

The lanes are narrow, the villa gates are tight and the turning circles are unforgiving. A stretch car cannot clear a Seminyak driveway, and it will not make the ramp at Benoa.
