What happens at the kerb
No stretch limousine operates on Bali’s roads.
Village lanes, temple gates and hotel porte-cochères will not take one. The car that plays the limousine role here is the Toyota Alphard or Vellfire — captain’s chairs, curtain, chauffeur in front. That is the honest answer, and it is the one we build the day around.
Bali limo service means a chauffeured Alphard, Vellfire, executive sedan or Hiace Premio — booked by the hour or by the full day, with a named driver, a fixed meeting point at Ngurah Rai and drive times quoted for the hour you actually travel. No stretch limousine operates in Bali.

International arrivals — the meeting point
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall past customs, on the left of the exit lane, not out in the public car park. You walk out and he is already standing there.
Domestic arrivals — a different door
Domestic uses its own terminal and its own kerb. Tell the desk your flight number and the meeting point on your confirmation changes accordingly. Getting this wrong is the single most common way a “booked” transfer fails.
Greeting board and the named driver
Board carries your surname. You get the driver’s name, photo and mobile number the day before — so the person holding the board is a person you already recognise.
00:00–06:00 night arrivals
Night flights are staffed, and the peak penalty does not apply — the roads are empty and your drive time is the off-peak figure. The desk tracks the flight, so a three-hour delay does not become a missing car. Confirm the night protocol when you send your flight number.

You send the flight, the day and the party. We send back the shape — hourly or full day — with the drive times for your bands, the inclusions and the rate, in writing. Nothing is verbal.
Assign
A named chauffeur and a specific vehicle are locked to your booking, not to a pool. You receive the driver’s name and mobile number the day before.
Meet
Flight tracked. Board at the correct terminal door. If the aircraft is late, the wait window runs from actual landing.
Close
Engaged hours are read off the clock at the end, against the block you booked. Overtime, if any, is at the rate already on your confirmation.
Licensing and insurance posture
Vehicles are licensed for passenger hire and insured for passengers. We will send the policy position for your dates on request — we do not print badge graphics instead of documents.

Can I hire a stretch limousine in Bali? +
No — none operates here. Bali’s lanes, temple approaches and hotel driveways cannot take the turning circle or the overhang. What is called a limo service in Bali is a chauffeured Alphard, Vellfire, executive sedan or Hiace Premio. Any listing showing you a white stretch is showing you stock photography, not a car you can book.
Is hourly or a full day cheaper for my itinerary? +
It depends on engaged hours, and the console above will tell you honestly. Add both drive legs plus dwell time at each stop. Under the hourly minimum, hourly wins. Past the full-day block, the block wins. We will tell you to book the cheaper one — that is the whole point of publishing the arithmetic.
How long is the drive from the airport to Ubud? +
Roughly 70 minutes off-peak, around 110 in the evening peak, over about 37 km. The 16:00–19:30 window through Sanur and the Ida Bagus Mantra corridor is the one that costs you. Ask for a departure outside it and the same journey gets forty minutes shorter.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Ngurah Rai? +
Inside the arrivals hall, past customs, with a board carrying your surname. International and domestic use different terminals and different kerbs — your confirmation names the exact door for your flight, and you get the driver’s name and mobile number the day before.
What happens if my flight lands at three in the morning? +
The desk staffs 00:00–06:00 and the roads are empty, so you get the off-peak drive time. The flight is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup rather than losing it. Any night arrangement is stated in writing before you book, never added afterwards.
