One accountable desk

You book through a single coordinator, get the driver's name and plate before pickup, and can reach the desk all trip — not just a personal number.

Fixed quotes in writing

No meter, no renegotiation at the kerb. The price you confirm is the price you pay.

Flight and schedule tracking

For airport work we watch your arrival in real time. A delayed flight does not void the booking.

Presentation standards

Clean inside and out, cold water on board, collared uniform, phone use restricted to navigation while driving.

How a chauffeur gets on the roster

Every driver clears the same checklist, and it is re-checked annually. Miss a standard and you are retrained or removed.

Licence and ID verified

Indonesian licence appropriate to the vehicle class, checked against the physical card, with national ID (KTP) on file.

Five years, tested routes

Minimum five years driving professionally in Bali, with route knowledge tested on the airport corridor, the Uluwatu peninsula and the Ubud interior.

English communication check

Chauffeurs can brief you on timing, tolls and route options — not just follow a pin.

Defensive driving briefing

Covering child seats, elderly passengers, luggage care and late-night pickups.

Vehicle documentation

Registration and the required passenger vehicle inspection kept current on every car we dispatch.

An honest note first: there are no genuine stretch limousines operating in Bali. Road conditions, import rules and turning radii make them impractical, and any site promising one is overselling. Here the limousine role is played by the Alphard and Vellfire.
