What being on standby actually means
The first card is the product. Everything after it is what makes the first card usable.
Cold water and phone chargers are in the car. They sound trivial until four in the morning, which is exactly when they stop being trivial.

Get a written quote
Vehicle, hours, coverage area and the flat rate, usually back within a few hours. The long ride home is priced once, in advance.

Confirm
Driver name and plate before the night starts, which for a group of strangers in an unfamiliar city is most of the point.
Returns to villas in Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran are routine. The flat rate is quoted against your actual route, so a long drive home is never sprung on you at pickup.
