Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle, always. An Alphard seats five comfortably with luggage, so a family of four pays exactly what a solo traveller pays. It is the main reason the per-head cost of a private car falls apart in your favour as the group grows.

Why are the figures a range rather than a price?

Because vehicle class, distance and season all move it, and quoting a single number would mean quoting the highest one. The range is honest about the spread; the written quote is the actual figure, and it is fixed once you have it.

Do you take card payments?

Payment terms are agreed in writing at booking, on the same thread as the quote. We are a desk, not a checkout — there is no online payment portal, and nobody will ask you for card details before you have seen and accepted a number.

What is the minimum booking?

Four hours for hourly hire. Below that a transfer is almost always the better-value way to book it, and we will say so rather than sell you the block.

Are these prices going to change?

These are 2026 planning ranges and they move with the season rather than the month. What does not move is the quote once you have it in writing — a confirmed rate is not revisited, whatever happens to demand afterwards.

What the quote covers, and what it does not

The short version: everything to do with the car is in. Everything you buy a ticket for is out.

Included 4

Driver and fuel Every quote, every format. There is no separate driver fee and no fuel surcharge.
Standard parking and tolls Ordinary parking at stops and any tolls on the route are inside the figure.
Flight monitoring on airport runs A delayed landing does not void the booking and is not billed as waiting time.
Bottled water on board Standard on every booking we arrange.

Ask first 3

Child seats Available for infants, toddlers and boosters, priced per seat per day and named in your quote. Say so at booking so the right one is fitted before pickup.
An accredited guide An English-speaking guide for the day is arranged on request and quoted separately from the car. Your chauffeur is not a licensed guide and will not pretend to be one.
Overtime beyond the booked hours Billed hourly and agreed before it happens, never added afterwards. If a day is running long the driver tells you while there is still a choice.

Not included 3

Attraction entry and performance tickets Temple entries, dance tickets and park permits are paid at the gate, in cash, in rupiah.
Meals, accommodation and activities We drive. Where you stay and where you eat are yours to choose, and we will time the day around them.
Inter-island transport We can put you at the fast-boat terminal or the helipad on time. Beyond that we are not the operator.

Anything unusual — a second driver on a long multi-day run, special access fees, a late-night surcharge — is written into the quote before you confirm rather than discovered at drop-off.

Typically a Camry-class car. Best for one or two travellers with normal luggage, and the most economical way to book any of these formats.

Alphard or Vellfire

Up to 5 with cases · mid to upper

The VIP standard in Indonesia: captain's chairs, sliding doors, real luggage space. The class most guests end up in, and the one the itineraries assume.

For groups, long multi-day routes and anyone moving between four bases in a week. Luggage space is what decides this one, not comfort.

Because the rate is per vehicle, a family of four in an Alphard pays the same as a solo traveller in one. For groups beyond seven we quote a combined rate across several cars under one coordinator.

Forty-eight hours is comfortable for a transfer. For weddings, multi-car movements and anything in July, August or from mid-December, ask two to four weeks ahead. Bali Limo Service is part of Juara Holding Group, operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015.
