How many hours are included in a full-day booking?

Most full-day bookings include 10 hours, with 12-hour packages available on request. Hours count from your first pickup. Anything beyond the included block is billed at the pre-agreed hourly overtime rate — never invented at drop-off.

Is fuel included in the day rate?

Yes. Fuel, the chauffeur, and standard parking are included in the quoted day rate. Entrance tickets, ferry fares, and meals are the only common extras, and your driver will never add hidden charges for waiting time.

Can we reach North Bali and back in one full day?

Yes, but it is the longest mainstream route on the island — expect a 12-hour day and possibly one to two overtime hours in high season traffic. For Munduk, Lovina, or sunrise trips we usually recommend the 12-hour package from the start.

Do you offer stretch limousines for full-day hire?

No — and neither does anyone else in Bali, whatever their website says. The island's VIP standard is the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire, which we supply with vetted chauffeurs for full-day, wedding, and airport work.

An honest note first: there are no true stretch limousines in Bali. Road conditions and import rules make them impractical, and for a touring day the Alphard is a better car than a stretch would ever be on these roads.
