Bali Resort Limousine Transfers — Door-to-Door
A Bali resort limousine transfer is a private, chauffeur-driven, door-to-door ride between Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and your resort — or between two resorts — in a luxury vehicle such as the Toyota Alphard or Vellfire. Bali Limo Service runs these legs across every major resort enclave on the island: Nusa Dua, Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Jimbaran and Sanur. You book on WhatsApp, we confirm your flight or pickup time in writing, and your chauffeur meets you at the door with a name board, cold water and a pre-cooled cabin.
What Counts as a “Limousine” Transfer in Bali?
An honest note before anything else: as of 2026, no stretch limousines operate commercially in Bali. The island’s roads, resort driveways and licensing environment simply do not support them. What Bali’s luxury market uses instead — and what every five-star hotel fleet is built around — is the executive MPV class: the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire, with captain seats, ottoman recliners, privacy curtains, separate rear climate control and generous luggage space. When a resort concierge in Nusa Dua says “limousine transfer,” this is the vehicle they mean. We will never promise you a fleet that does not exist here; we will put you in the best vehicle that actually does. You can read more about the vehicle class itself on our Alphard rental with driver page.
Which Resort Enclaves Do We Cover?
Every leg is priced door-to-door by enclave, not by the meter, so the figure we confirm on WhatsApp is the figure you pay.
Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa
The gated ITDC resort strip — St. Regis, Mulia, Apurva Kempinski, Hilton, Sofitel and their neighbours — sits 20 to 30 minutes from the airport via the Bali Mandara toll road. This is the shortest premium leg on the island and the most common first ride for honeymooners and conference delegates. Chauffeurs carry the resort entry details in advance so you clear the ITDC gate without stopping to explain yourself.
Ubud and the Highlands
Ubud resorts — from the Ayung River valley properties to Payangan and Tegallalang estates — are 75 to 100 minutes from DPS in normal traffic, longer on holiday weekends. A limousine leg matters most here: reclining captain seats, stable ride quality on winding roads, and a chauffeur who knows exactly which village lane leads to your villa lobby rather than a pin dropped 400 metres away.
Uluwatu and the Bukit Peninsula
Clifftop resorts around Uluwatu, Pecatu and Ungasan run 45 to 60 minutes from the airport. Several sit at the end of steep single-lane approaches; our drivers work these routes weekly and will not hand you off to a confused local pickup at the top of the hill.
Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran and Sanur
The beach-club corridor and the east-coast resorts round out the map — 30 to 45 minutes from DPS for Seminyak and Canggu, under 30 for Jimbaran and Sanur outside peak hours.
Airport-to-Resort or Resort-to-Resort — Which Leg Do You Need?
We sell two distinct products under this page. The airport-to-resort leg covers arrival and departure: flight tracking, terminal meet-and-greet with a name board, porter coordination, and a direct run to your resort door. If you want the full arrival treatment — fast-track assistance combined with the car — see our luxury car service for Bali airport.
The resort-to-resort leg covers mid-stay moves, which most guests underestimate. Splitting a trip between Ubud and Uluwatu is now the standard Bali itinerary, and that hop is close to two hours of driving. A confirmed limousine leg with a fixed price beats negotiating with a taxi rank at checkout, and your chauffeur handles luggage at both ends. Short photo or coffee stops en route are welcome; if you want to sightsee properly between resorts, book it as an hourly chauffeur day instead — it is better value for that use.
How Do You Book a Resort Limousine Transfer?
- Message us on WhatsApp with your date, flight number (for airport legs) or pickup time, resort names, passenger count and luggage count.
- Receive a written quote — one fixed figure per vehicle, covering chauffeur, fuel, tolls and parking. No meter, no fuel surcharge, no gate fees added later.
- Confirm, and receive your chauffeur’s details — name, phone and vehicle plate — the evening before pickup.
- Travel. For arrivals we track your flight, so delays cost you nothing; waiting time at the airport is built into the leg.
What Does a Resort Limousine Transfer Cost?
Indicative one-way rates per vehicle (not per person), as of 2026:
| Route | Executive sedan / MPV | Alphard / Vellfire |
|---|---|---|
| DPS Airport → Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa | USD 40–55 | USD 65–85 |
| DPS Airport → Jimbaran / Sanur | USD 40–55 | USD 65–85 |
| DPS Airport → Seminyak / Canggu | USD 45–60 | USD 70–90 |
| DPS Airport → Uluwatu / Bukit | USD 50–65 | USD 75–95 |
| DPS Airport → Ubud | USD 60–80 | USD 90–115 |
| Resort-to-resort (e.g. Ubud → Uluwatu) | USD 70–95 | USD 100–130 |
These figures are indicative, not a binding tariff — final pricing depends on exact addresses, timing and vehicle availability, and is always confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before you commit. Late-night pickups and remote-address legs may carry a modest supplement, quoted upfront. For pure airport work without a resort leg, our airport limo transfer page covers the standalone product.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. An Alphard seats up to five passengers comfortably with luggage (six at a squeeze with light bags), so a family or two couples share one fixed fare.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup automatically. Reasonable waiting time after landing is included in every airport leg — you will not find a surcharge on the other side of immigration.
Can the chauffeur stop on the way between resorts?
Yes — brief stops for photos, coffee or a pharmacy are part of the service on any resort-to-resort leg. If you want two or more hours of sightseeing between checkout and check-in, tell us and we will quote it as an hourly chauffeur booking instead, which is the cheaper structure for that itinerary.
How far in advance should we book?
24 to 48 hours ahead is ideal, and peak season (July–August, Christmas–New Year) deserves more notice for Alphard and Vellfire availability. Same-day requests are often workable — message us and we will tell you honestly what we can hold.
