How Do Marshalling and Run-Sheets Work on the Night?
About a week before the event, your coordinator finalises the manifest: guests grouped by hotel cluster, wave times, and venue staging positions. On the day, marshals position at each pickup point 30 minutes early, vehicles stage in order, and each wave departs on the sheet — not when the van “feels full”. At the venue, the coordinator sequences arrivals so vehicles unload and clear rather than stacking in the driveway. For the return, marshals run departure waves from the venue exit, with the coordinator adjusting timing live as the party winds down. Your planner receives the coordinator’s direct WhatsApp line and a live status update at each milestone.
How Do You Book an Event Fleet?

How far in advance should we book an event fleet?
