The bridal car is the easy part. This is the half that decides whether the ceremony starts on time.

Above roughly forty guests the booking is really an event fleet with a bridal car attached — same coordinator, same run-sheet, and the guest movement planned separately from the couple's.

If the celebration spans several days — welcome dinner, ceremony, recovery brunch — an hourly arrangement across the week usually costs less than booking each day separately, and keeps the same drivers with your family throughout.
