Bio: As the visionary leader of Bali Limo Service and a key executive within the Juara Holding Group, Bapak Gede brings a wealth of experience from the pinnacle of the luxury hospitality world. His mission is to infuse the principles of five-star hotel service into the private transport industry. He oversees the company’s strategic direction, ensuring that our operational standards not only meet but exceed the expectations of the world’s most discerning travelers. His deep understanding of the HNW market in Asia informs every aspect of our service design, from vehicle selection to chauffeur training protocols. He ensures our operations flawlessly navigate Bali’s unique challenges, from the island-wide silence of Nyepi to the peak season demands of December, applying five-star precision to every journey.

Head of Operations & Client Relations
Credentials: Certified Tour Guide (HPI – Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia); IATA Travel & Tourism Diploma; 15 years in VIP services and ground handling at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
Bio: Ibu Kartika is the logistical heart of our operation. Her extensive background in managing VIP arrivals and departures for private jets and first-class passengers gives her an unparalleled understanding of the intricacies of airport logistics. She manages our team of chauffeurs, oversees all scheduling and dispatch, and serves as the primary point of contact for our most complex itineraries. Kartika’s meticulous planning ensures that every transfer is flawless, every route is optimized, and every client’s personal preferences are anticipated and met. She uses advanced flight tracking to proactively manage delays and coordinates directly with ground handlers at the private jet terminal to guarantee a seamless transition. She is fluent in English, Indonesian, and Japanese.

Credentials: Certified Defensive Driving Instructor; Advanced Security Awareness Certificate; 18 years as a private chauffeur for ambassadors, consulate staff, and Fortune 500 CEOs in Jakarta and Bali.
Bio: Pak Wayan embodies the ideal Bali Limo Service chauffeur: professional, discreet, and exceptionally skilled. With nearly two decades of experience navigating the demanding security and traffic environments of Indonesia’s major hubs, he is an expert in evasive and defensive driving techniques. As Head of Training, Wayan is responsible for personally vetting and training every new chauffeur. His rigorous program covers not only driving skills but also client etiquette, security protocols, vehicle maintenance, and developing an encyclopedic knowledge of Bali’s routes. His curriculum includes specific modules on navigating the narrow ‘gangs’ of Seminyak and maintaining vehicle integrity during the high humidity of the rainy season (October-April). He ensures that every member of our driving team performs to his exacting standards.

Beyond bookings, Dewi acts as a dedicated concierge, assisting clients with bespoke requests such as securing reservations at sought-after restaurants like Metis or Merah Putih, arranging private tours, or coordinating multi-vehicle transport for events.
