You send the flight number when you book. We watch the arrival, so a delay moves the pickup rather than voiding it. Your driver waits at the agreed point holding a board with your name on it — yours, not the company's — and helps with the luggage from there.

Rates and booking

Per vehicle, always. A family of four pays what a solo traveller pays, which is the main reason the per-head cost of a private car falls apart in your favour as the group grows.

We quote it rather than print it. Send the date, the route and the party size on WhatsApp and a figure comes back in writing, usually within the hour during Bali business hours — per vehicle, not per person, with driver, fuel and standard parking inside it. A saloon runs about a third less than an Alphard on the same job.

Because vehicle class, distance and season all move it, and quoting one number would mean quoting the highest. The range is honest about the spread. Once you have a written quote it is fixed and it is not revisited, whatever happens to demand afterwards.

Driver, fuel and standard parking, on every format. Attraction entry, performance tickets and park permits are paid at the gate. Overtime is agreed before it happens rather than added afterwards.

Longer than the map says. The airport to Ubud is 35 kilometres and 60 to 90 minutes; Seminyak to Ubud is the same distance and often worse. There is a full drive-time table on the traffic page, built from our own logged trips rather than a routing estimate.

Roughly 07:00 to 09:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, worst on the airport corridor. If you have an afternoon flight, leave far earlier than the distance suggests — that is the single most common way a good trip ends badly.

Your driver reroutes, and usually knew about it beforehand — these are announced locally even when they appear nowhere online. Nobody can move a ceremony, and we will tell you what it costs in time rather than let you sit in it wondering.
